    The customer service is very lacking. Told me they were unable to print a balance unless I deposit some money. The interest rates on the youth saver account are depressing.

    Very disappointing to get a recorded mess all the time, would be 100 percent better to be able to speak personally to someone. Do not like being directed to the Internet sight

    Poor service, staff seem to be misinformed of the services they can or can't do depending on who you talk to. I was told that a task hadn't been done there in over 5 years and couldn't be done before something else told me that the last time they did it (~16 months ago) that it was a one off. I was led to believe differently. Would not recommend dealing with the staff unless necessary.

    Very disappointed in the lacking of customer service due to my bank being closed I walked into Commonwealth bank to get change of $100 but the woman refused to give me change all because I didn't bank there????
