  Disclaimer: I was part of a larger group
  However, it took over half an hour for my drink to be made while other people on my table received drinks they had ordered after me. I was informed only when I went up to ask that the pineapple for my drink (which was the special for the day) had needed to be defrosted - something I would have been very understanding about HAD I been informed prior to me having to ask twice about my drink. The food was dry and both the chicken and the beef tasted fishy. Service was lacklustre, and while I truly do understand that service to big groups can be difficult, there is no need to seem unhappy that you're required to do it. They also didn't have enough desserts defrosted for our group to all have one (as we ordered their Fiesta share meals which had dessert included), however did offer us ice cream as a replacement. I have been to other Taco Bill locations and enjoyed them before, however in this case I was disappointed.
